If you are a patient of Procrea Fertility please discuss with your physician the proper means of communicating confidential or health information. You agree that you will not send or transmit to the Site any communication or content that infringes or violates any rights of any party.

Anything you transmit or post may be used by Procrea Fertility or its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, Procrea Fertility is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information.

You should be aware that when you disclose personal information (including, user name, e-mail address, personal details about yourself, etc.) on the public areas of the Site (including message boards, etc.) you do so voluntarily, and that such information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or parties.
